Cash Out Refi - Investment Property Lenders

Hello,

I’m looking for a company that can do cash out refinance on an investment property. It is being financed by a hard money lender and will undergo rehab for the next couple of months.

Any lenders in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area that have no/less seasoning period and higher LTV.

I am looking to refi in 4 months.

Hi Greshma, Once you own the property for 6 months you can obtain a cash out refi with a DSCR very easily. You will need some sort of seasoning period whether that's 90 days or 6 months. But thats okay - because the clock starts the day you close the reno loan. Happy to connect and help!
