Speakers Wanted for Local Landlord Association

I am the program director for the Northern Worcester County Landlord Association, and I am looking for some new speakers for our monthly meetings. Our association includes property managers and owners, both large and small, realtors, contractors and many other professionals. Our goal as an association is to share information, and encourage our members to promote professionalism, sound management practices, healthy housing and stability in the rental housing business.

Meetings are located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, held on the second Thursday of the month from 7-9pm. 

Members have expressed an interest in wanting to learn about 1031 exchanges, creative financing, asset protection, wealth building strategies. I am open to all conversations about anything real estate/landlord related. Thanks!
