I am looking for a property manager who can help me out with all the aspects of the Property.

From buying the rental property using Heloc and loan.

Managing the rental property from finding the tenants etc.

I am looking for a long term collaboration to build wealth over time.

What I am looking in a property.

Positive cash flow. (Atleast $100 positive on a $100000) It can be a apartment.

In a good neighbourhood with descent schools.

Possibly existing tenants with 2 year leases.
