Looking for a mentor in my area

Hi ,I’m Kaven Barnes. I’m very new and interested in wholesale real estate contracts, I am in search of a mentor and even classes. This is a new avenue for me and I’m willing to take my chances on something I’ve been interested in but scared to take the chance, now I am 38 years of age and not getting any younger. At this Point it’s go hard or live with nothing and I have two beautiful daughters, so I gotta go hard for them and myself. Hopefully I can find a great mentor and lessons.
