New York City real estate investors are in a tough spot these days. The New York City real estate market has seen an increase in rental property prices and government regulation. Things like eviction moratoriums and rent control are a reality for those trying to invest in New York City. With the increase in acquisition price and government control over the landlord tenant policy New York City real estate investors are feeling the squeeze in terms of their cash flow numbers. With all of the increased difficulty in getting started in real estate investing in New York City many New York City real estate investors have started buying property out of state. In the 855th episode of The MLS Search & Analysis Show James Wise is working with a New York City based real estate investor to help him build his rental property portfolio in a much more landlord friendly out of state real estate market, Cleveland, Ohio.
