Seeking Investor Partner or A Cash Buyer For 12bds 6ba 3681 sq ft zip 38105
My jv partner has this 12 unit multi family under contract. I'm supposed to find a cash buyer. However the longer I look at this deal, the more that I want to own it. Because it's been fully remodeled. It's in a very nice neighborhood. 12 doors should easily pay the mortgage if it's even half occupied. My partner is asking $450K for this. Zestimate is going up! It's $463 now. I think that my partner would take $400K maybe less. I've agreed to not advertise this online. So I can't include the address unless I'm talking to a potential cash buyer. I want to be that cash buyer but I can't qualify, so I need a partner. Who is interested?
