Recommendations for Austin area Property Management or Realtor to Market SFR

I have a townhouse that will be available for rent in the Austin Area starting in January 2024. I plan to self-manage the property but would like to hire a property management company or realtor to help me market the property.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a property management company or a realtor they have worked with to market a property for lease in the Austin area?  Also what would be an appropriate fee for this service?
