Seeking recommendations for investor-friendly broker

I'm looking to move my license to a broker that charges only per-transaction fees and does not require a board membership. I buy and sell residential and commercial properties for my investment only and do not represent clients in any transactions nor do I use or need MLS access. Any recommendations in South Florida are greatly appreciated.
