Looking for a probate experienced wholesaler

I have a deal I need some help with. My partner and I visited the house of a gentleman that recently lost his father and brother and is now in the probate process for the house his father used to own. We just started wholesaling about a month ago and this will hopefully be our first deal. I know that probate houses usually aren’t the first deals newbie investors start with but I’m reluctant to let a deal slip through my hands just because of a lack of experience. The man whose house it is, has obviously been through a lot in the last few months and I want to make sure I present him with a fair offer and get this done the right way. If there are any wholesalers out there that have experience with probate houses and want to team up, please reach out, would love a little guidance on this.
