Hello BiggerPockets Members,
I am a Realtor with Excalibur Homes serving a 45-mile radius surrounding the Atlanta Perimeter. I am with a fantastic Property Management firm to offer a one-stop solution for your long-term wealth-building strategy. I am a full stack agent able to provide rental and cash flow analysis, and property repair estimates, as well as visit the property and provide my property examination in person at the home to see what they were hiding in the photos. When it comes to securing your financing, I have seasoned contacts in conventional and private money. I have fantastic inspectors and general contractors on speed dial to get us what we need when we are under contract, and when we close, I'll be managing the first renovation on the home for no extra fee.
Once ready for a tenant, Excalibur will handle the tenant screening and property management from there. I've closed on almost 60 homes in the last 3 years, I sadly hear from many investors who have not found what they were looking for in those serving them. Let that stop with me!
