Hi BP community,
I am interested in Bellingham, and I am looking for recommendations for property management agency. 
I working out the cost analysis in DealCheck.io, and I am forecasting property management costs for Bellingham per unit.
Currently, I set the default to 10% of the rent: $150/per unit.
