Looking for an Experienced Mentor/Partner

Hi. I'm fairly new to Bigger Pockets (so I'm sorry if I am posting this in the wrong spot.) I have one single-family rental property and I'm looking to move into multi-family. I've found what looks to be a very solid deal but it's a little bigger than I was planning on getting into. I'm open to having a more experienced partner that can help me a little bit and together we can both make a good chunk of money. It is in the South Texas area, someone local would be highly preferred.
