Living in the Azores

As a Realtor living and working in the Azores Islands (S. Miguel island at the moment), I have been helping customer's from abroad, achieve their dream of having a fantastic house with ocean view for a reasonable price. You don't think it's possible? The truth is, it is possible indeed. There are properties that vary in price, but some could go from plots and ruins from 20K to Luxury villas of 500 K. And best of all, taxes are soft compared to other countries that retirement over here is a dream. 

I could try to sell you how great the Azores is, but why? If you google it you will only hear wonders about it! Breathtaking views from the ocean to volcano craters, low to no crime, peaceful land and peaceful people although. Prices are nice, we even receive stuff from Amazon if you're used to it and people are friendly, never letting you get lost.
