Looking for PM's, Real Estate Agents, and Lenders in the Cleveland, Ohio Market
Hello Everyone!
I am a new investor and I am in the early phases of putting a team together to break into the Cleveland, Ohio Market.
I would really appreciate it if you could please post or DM those PM's/Real Estate Agents/Lenders you would recommend (and also those to avoid).
I know PM's could make or break your business, so that would be the priority; I would however like to get contacts for Real Estate Agents and Lenders as well.
I would also appreciate if you could share your experiences, knowledge (areas to invest; areas to avoid), general tips etc.

I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre. The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.
