Thrilled to finally join the BiggerPockets community! I'm Vee, a seasoned real estate investor based in Jersey City, NJ. Over the past decade, I have successfully implemented the house hacking strategy, obtained a Real Estate license and gained valuable insights into the local market.

My current focus is on expanding my portfolio through various value-driven approaches. Specifically ,I am interested in exploring:

• BRRRR strategies: I seek collaboration with experienced financial analysts and deal-sourcing partners to identify and analyze investment opportunities with strong buy-rehab-rent-refinance potential.
• Multi-family investments: I am eager to learn from industry veterans and property management experts to build a robust multi-family portfolio that generates consistent long-term cash flow.
• Strategic acquisitions: Additionally, I am open to exploring opportunities in the REO/foreclosure space, partnering with knowledgeable individuals to navigate this segment effectively.
