ProScope and Me
Hello, my name is Don Goff, I'm by far probably the greenest thumb on this thread, until 3 weeks ago I had never heard the word wholesaling, until my client brought it up to me, and I had no idea of the size this market is. I've been on the other side, construction, if I'd only known more many years ago, but it's never too late right. Before I lose you, while I'm new to this side of the business, I'm not new to the construction side, I've got 20 years experience, with 12 years of Project Management. while overseeing 1200+ re-habs, flips, turns and re-models, while also writing the scope of work for 75% of them. From pre-con to final walk, punch list and change orders while hitting that time line, that's what I specialize in. I'm 52, just quit my corporate Project Management job 3 weeks ago and I'm currently marketing my company, proscopeatl.com, plenty of info there if interested. Being new in this market, I've joined some groups, this being one, attended my first meeting and have spent days on the phone, to jump in faster, I'm looking for a few individuals that would be willing to share their time and knowledge for mine. I would like to see the process of acquiring properties, best way to score distressed deals, how to secure the money etc. I am honestly, a blank slate. In return, I'll help you with whatever I can, checking out some properties for buyer beware, help you get a construction cost on some projects, double check some quotes etc. I did read the "read before posting" I like the part, our members can grill you, I'm open for that, just no questions about lending or percentages, it's still a foreign language. if anyone has read this far and knows someone good with small business Insurance, please send them my way. Hope you have an Amazing 2024...
