Looking for Private Lender

Hello everyone,

I am new to the group but have been a fan of the BiggerPockets videos on Youtube for years now. My name is Javier. Last year I did a couple full gut renovations in the Dallas area for family and friends. I have 13 years in the construction industry. I am currently looking for a private lender that has reasonable rates and is willing to partner with a contractor. In addition, I have been fixing and flipping my personal homes for the last 10 year (live in them for two years and flip them before selling them).
