Private funds needed for a BRRRR

Francis James
Posted

Hi everyone! I have a property under contract in Cleveland Ohio, I am looking for a private lender to fund the deal or fill the gap with hard money lending. About 1 month to rehab the property and then will refinance. Please let me know if you know an investor that looks for diversification.

most lenders will not let you refinance after 1 month.  How much are you putting into the deal?
