Medium Term Rental Deal Up for Grabs
Hey everyone!
I just put my first seller financed deal under contract. I was able to arrange 90% seller financing. $850k purchase price , seller is holding a $765,000 mortgage at 5% with a 3 year balloon. Payments are $4,107 per month.
I am now looking for an equity partner who would like to join me on the deal. We have projected that the 10 bedroom property will produce $15k-$20k per month via furnished medium term rentals, since it is close to a hospital and university.
Equity partner would be asked to help with down payment and renovations.
Open to negotiating terms.
