In need of an investment HELOC lender

Hi guys,

I am looking for lender(s) that can offer me a home equity line on a rental property.  Not looking for a new first mortgage only second.  

I live in Columbus, OH and the property is also in Ohio.

I've had issues having banks taking second position on investment properties here in Columbus. Have done a couple with private money though. 

I'd start with community banks in town and I can send you a couple that I like
