My clients executed flawlessly. They had a clear budget and vision and have treated their vacation business and home like their own. I'd say of the dozen or STR acquisitions I assisted brokers with as their buyer's representative, these investors were the most prepared, committed and successful. Partially due to timing, this was just before the dramatic increase in last summer's rates and also they closed and went live just prior to peak summer travel season.
