Hi All,   I live in CA with no CA income, and my rentals are in GA. I am looking for a CPA.  Thanks

If you are a resident of a state, you are required to include all your income when you file your state tax return. 
Therefore, if you earn wages in a different states, or have portfolio income or rental properties in other states, you would be required to include them on your california state return eventhough they aren't specifically 'california sourced'
