Looking for a CPA in the DC Metro/Northern VA area

Does anyone have or know of a good CPA in Northern VA who specializes in real estate investments?

     My wife and I plan to cashout stock and reinvest into Opportunity Zone rental properties.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
