Looking for private money

Hey! I’m a local Columbus Ohio investor with my first property in contract closing March 1. My partner and I are flipping the property. 

I wanted to see if there were any private lenders here who may be interested in lending the whole thing, or the gap for our hard money loan if we need to go that route. 

Any advice on where & how to find private money, and best tips/practices any of you have found when raising money?

 you are NOT getting full funding. Flipp the contract save, learn then go on your own
