Columbus, OH - Need GCs & Boots on the ground

Hello BP Community,

My wife and I are out-of-state investors looking to do fix & flips in COLUMBUS, OH. 

We are looking for:

- Boots on the ground to help us with property walk throughs, pics, checking on rehab...

- GCs you have used for rehabs and had a good experience with (we were given lists of GCs but no real feedback on them).

 larger projects or new construction we would look at. tons of reconstruction experience. tons of fraud in columbus for general contractors. ask for their HIC license or GC license if it's in the city of columbus. Ask for supplier info for all materials, ask for their margin. we are fully transparent lots of GCs or HICs don't know what they are doing. If they ask you to do a homeowner permit run like the hills you'll get burned.
