Looking for a good realtor that knows the Wilkes Barre, Scranton, Kingston area.

I've previously deal with a few agents that weren't the right fit. One was too lazy to view a home for me prior to my visit and the second one (came in highly recommended) never got back to me after our initial conversation. I want someone that knows the market, can do CMA and preferably someone who's already an investor in the area. I would be an out of town investor.
