Hi everyone.

I have came across some leads to pre-list foreclosures. Does anyone have experience in dealing with and purchasing these?

I understand that real estate laws vary from state to state and so do bank's practices. Can you purchase pre-list foreclosures in your market$?

I've read a few posts on the issue. How does it work in your area?
