Looking to Collaborate

Hello everyone! I've always been interested in real estate, but I've always assumed I needed a large amount of capital to invest in it. With our world getting smaller and BiggerPockets providing an excellent forum, I'm hoping that I can now take steps to invest in my very own portfolio.

I have the intelligence and the work ethic; now I just need to build up a little capital. I am interested in collaborations to that end, but I will eventually get there no matter what. That's what this site is providing me: the knowledge and tools to do this myself and I'm VERY optimistic about the future.
