New Investor Looking for Network Opportunities - Seattle/Tacoma

Hey BP Community! My name is Richard Miller and I am a Washington native born and raised. I recently just rented out my first primary residence and into my new house and I have the itch to continue to learn and acquire another property. I am looking to get input from others on any other meetups that are available outside of the BP events and Facebook in the surrounding Tacoma/Seattle area. Outside of those, if anyone (newbie or experienced) is interested in meeting in the south sound for coffee to talk real estate investing, I would love to get a little group together! If you don't live in the area, I would even be down for creating a small group to meetup on zoom or another online platform if anyone has interest in that also. A little more about me, I am really interested in learning more about creative financing opportunities like seller finance and how I can leverage that over the next year until i can replenish money from my recent home purchase.
