Portfolio of 200+ Low Income/Section 8 Rentals

Hey hey! I'm an agent here in Oklahoma City. I have a client looking to 1031 his portfolio of over 200 low income/section 8 rentals into larger commercial properties. We are keeping everything off market for now since they would prefer to package the properties or sell the entire portfolio at once.
