Buy and Hold Investing in Michigan- Wholesaler/Realtor Recomendations
Hello!
I’m an active investor in Michigan, I was born and raised in the mitten. I moved to the PNW 3 years ago, it’s been more challenging for me to find deals since I moved. I was curious how people are finding deals and if anyone has any wholesaler or Realtor recommendations. I typically buy small multi-family and single-family properties in Oakland and Wayne County.

Hey Dan, let's connect! I live in California but spent 5 years in Metro Detroit from 2017-2022.
I have my RE license but mostly do everything off-market. I have 12-doors in Detroit and working on a duplex that's in probate limbo.
