My agent, Lindsey Johnson, has already identified properties with ample spread. I am looking for an investment partner to fund my first Charleston project. It is not necessary for the partner to be in or around Charleston South Carolina . The partner would fund 100% of the project and reap 100% of net ROI once the project renovations are completed and the property is sold. I will serve as on-site construction manager / project manager. I have all the components I need for a successful flip, just looking for capital to reestablish in a new market.
