Furthermore, none of the borrower's friends or relatives may reside on the property. They, too must be paying the borrower rent if he/she is to receive the loan.

*Lending Company Rules:

1. You must have a written contract on the property you want to purchase.

2. Once again, the company does not give loans to a client who will be living on the property, nor can anyone else be living on the property for a client to receive funding for it, unless they will be paying the client rent.
