I'm a private money lender for real estate investors. I'm looking for real estate investors who prefer private money funding. I'm here to help real estate investors who need or prefer private money funding for their deals. Or any who simply do not qualify for traditional financing.

As a private money lender, I work with a recognized private money lending company that provides creative financing solutions for fix and flip real estate investors through private money loans.

Private hard money loan for wholesale, rehab, or buy-and-hold for long-term cash investment deals is also done by the company.

I lend private money to real estate investors who are involved in any of these 3 real estate transactions:

1. Repair and Flip: Buy, repair, and sell properties for a profit.

2. Repair & Keep: Buy, repair, and hold properties for rental income.

3. Refinance and Reboot: Refinance existing properties to fund new investments.

Type Of Properties Funded: Residential - Single-family, Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex.

*We do not give loans to anyone who intends to live on the property. Also, the house must NOT be occupied by anyone, unless they are paying the borrower rent. Furthermore, none of the borrower's friends or relatives may reside on the property. They, too must be paying the borrower rent if he/she is to receive the loan.

*Lending Company Rules:

1. You must have a written contract on the property you want to purchase.

2. Once again, the company does not give loans to a client who will be living on the property, nor can anyone else be living on the property for a client to receive funding for it, unless they will be paying the client rent.
