In search of wholesaling mentor. Willing to pay for mentorship

Hello, I am looking for a mentor to help get started in wholesaling. I am a small town farm kid, have a degree in marketing from the University of Central Missouri where I also played football, have had my real estate license and was an agent, and have worked in frame to finish construction for 4 years. Through these experiences and my research into wholesaling, I think it would provide the perfect fit for what am good at and enjoy doing. I have a deep understanding of wholesaling and the real estate industry in general as I have researched real-estate and various forms of investing in real estate for the past 5 years. I'm definitely not looking for anybody to hold my hand through the entire learning process but am looking for a point of contact to direct my questions to. Willing to pay 50% of the profit on my first deal. I look forward to working with you!
