Strategy Realignment with a Mentor

Hi! I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community and eager to get more involved. My business partner and I started our real estate journey 2 years ago when we purchased our first property in Philadelphia in our LLC's name. We are currently renting it out and want to buy our next property, but are unsure how to approach the next potential deal and want to be crystal clear with our strategy.

We are looking for a mentor to come along our journey with us. If you want to work extremely passionate young adults who truly want to educate themselves, we are your guys!

Background: We are both full-time engineers in our late 20's, but dedicate our free time to REI. We are eager to establish long-lasting connections. Hoping to form a relationship with someone who is looking to pass knowledge on to the next generation of motivated real estate investors!

Hopefully this was not too long/too short of a post. I read as much as I could of the "Do's and Don’ts" of these forums. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Looking forward to connecting.
