looking for real estate brokers that teach their agents to be investors themselves

Hello everyone! 

I recently got my real estate license and mortgage license and I was wondering which broker yall recommend to join that teaches their agents how to be an investor themselves. 

any recommendations is appreciated it! Also I am in the surrounding neighborhoods of Victorville i.e. Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Adelanto, and Apple Valley

@Cristian Velasquez to add on to what @Bruce Lynn said, KW also has a Wealth Mastermind you can join which teaches agents how to do any wealth building strategy they want from hard money lending, flipping, buy and hold investments, etc. It’s incredible.
