Everyone, Am an out of state new investor looking for a multi family say 3 or 4 units hoping for any serial investor who might know the

(Cleveland,Akron) Ohio area to an extent, I am looking for any head's up for any zip-codes that aren't really safe or once an investor shouldn't

be looking at any info would be well appreciated.
