Atlanta Wholesaler In Need of POF/Transactional Funding

Good evening Biggerpockets family. I want to double close this wholesale deal but need proof of funds (that i currently don't have access to)... Which leads me to the next on my list, transactional funding. I'm in Georgia but the deal is in California. I need a company/lender that will work under those circumstances. Please let me know fellow investors if you could reference someone to me it would be greatly appreciated.
