Hard money / private money lenders that lend in Montana?
Does anyone have recommendations for hard money lenders and/or private money lenders that lend in Montana? It seems that very few lenders service Montana. Curious if anyone has had success with there types of loans Montana. If so, I am interested in who people have worked with. I am looking to finance small multi-family to rehab then refinance the hard money loan to a conventional loan product once the rehab is complete. Thank you!
