We never put our investors in a bidding war because, every property we sell is a first come first serve. We are DIRECT TO SELLER on every deal. With our transactions there are NO double closing cost, no hidden fees. Every property we sell is on an assignment contract. We use Fidelity National Title & we guarantee free & clear marketable title. No liens or encumbrances. Our contracts are un-assignable and require 5K no option periods. We only sell to end buyers & we only fund our transactions with cash or hard money.
