I am doing fix&flip in NY for last 10 years.  Due to the high price range in NY to buy properties, I decided to go out of state and  chose Detroit.  I am locating some properties there and looking for some contractors to work with me.  I would really appreciate if you can recommend some contractors who work with out of state investors.
