Assisted Living Home Purchase Lenders in TX

I am a private lender and broker for real estate investments and have a client in TX that purchases existing assisted living homes and is looking for funding from $350k+. They are also interested in consolidating their other assisted living home loans into a portfolio loan. Are there any lenders here that can fund these types of loans?
