New Out of State investor - looking to build out team and make connections

Hi all,

I'm looking to invest in SFH's in Lubbock market from out of state. Hoping to get referrals to lenders, real estate attorneys, contractors, etc in the area who other investors have used. Also would love to make connections with other investors in the area!
