Hi everyone,

I have experience in real estate, with a background as a technical, corporate accountant specializing in financial reporting, crafting 10-Q/Ks, proxies, GAAP consolidated financials, and private investor reporting. I also currently own one property, but I am looking to break into wholesaling. 

I'm based in the Greater Philadelphia area and am looking to connect with seasoned wholesalers in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. I would love the opportunity to learn from people who have been successful down this path, and would be willing to share that information.

In exchange, I can offer my accounting experience to assist with your portfolios. I'm particularly interested in learning about raising capital through wholesaling so that I can pursue other investment vehicles.
