Seeking Private Lending for two projects

Hi! 

I have 2 deals that I'm seeking private lending on.  We are under contract!

One is a 32 unit apartment that we are converting to independent assisted living. No renovations needed. 

Other is a 12 month flip, purchasing for 1.1 and Appraisal ARV is 1.95
