Selling 6 Total Units in Tallahassee - Two Properties
Hello Bigger Pockets Folks,
I am just trying to get the word about two properties I am looking to offload. They are performing well and I have enjoyed owning them, but I have two other investors that would like to get their capital out of them at this point and I need to sell. Highly motivated. I am open to all the wildest creative financing ideas. Let me know if you are interested in purchasing these or know of anyone looking to get into multifamily for a good price and cash flow.

If you are able to share this with your network I would greatly appreciate it, or if you know of anyone that would be interested in these please let me know. If they are willing to buy both I would be able to offer a deal. I am highly motivated to sell these and get them under contract as I have other investors with me on them that would like to get out of the deals. I would love to stay in the deal as they offer great cash flow, however I need to return my investor's capital to them.
I am open to creative financing ideas as well.
