Grand Opening of Motel Studio Suites in Willston City, MO, is set for this April.

The only one of it's kind in the region specifically designed to meet the demand for safe, affordable housing provided to oil and service workers.

The first 60 units are built and ready for delivery to the site. Over 50% of these first units are already reserved and new orders are pouring in. Getting in early on this great investment opportunity affords you longer term income, high yields and high occupancy rates.
