Door Knocker Suffolk County Long Island
We are real estate investors who are looking to hire a sales associate to act as our door knocker. We currently have a system with tens of thousands of prospects where a select few would benefit from an in person visit to see if the owner would be interested in selling their property.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in various neighborhoods (Suffolk County NY), presenting our home-buying services, and scheduling appointments.
Specifically You Will:
- * Use our prospecting software to designate neighborhoods for door knocking
- * Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to identify and engage with homeowners interested in selling their homes.
- * Present and explain our home-buying services to potential sellers.
- * Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- * Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to property acquisition.
- * Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with potential sellers.
- * Meet with the team a few times a week over zoom
- * Talk to the team over slack (Daily)
