Repositioning a 12k sqft industrial warehouse to multi-bay units 3k sqft each. Looking for an experienced contractor or an engineer for a site tour to discuss recommendations and cost estimates for demising walls build-out, overhead doors installation, utilities separating..etc. The property is in the Metro Detroit area.
