Non-Recourse Lender in Colorado
I am looking for a non-recourse lender on a single family home in Cascade, CO. The property is owned outright by my partner and has been a rental for a few months now. Ideally, we'd like to put title in a two member LLC owned by both of us (already created) and have the loan in the name of the LLC. Lenders and recommendations are appreciated!
